Ingredients
  • 1 cup Amasar Breadfruit Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • ¾–1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 egg (or substitute)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or substitute)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons sugar or sweetener
  • For the Vegan Option:
  • Substitutes
  • 1 egg → ½ mashed banana
  • Milk → plant-based milk
  • Butter → olive oil or plant-based butter 
Directions
  • Step 1 In a bowl, mix the sugar (if using), softened butter, and egg.
  • Step 2 Add the milk and salt and whisk together.
  • Step 3 Stir in the Amasar breadfruit mix and baking powder until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  • Step 4 Heat a lightly greased pancake pan or skillet over medium heat.
  • Step 5 Pour batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
  • Step 6 Flip and cook until golden.
  • Step 7 Serve immediately with fruit, whipped cream, maple syrup, or crisp bacon.
